16 months Pending I-751
Hello All,
I contacted the USCIS officer yesterday to follow up on my pending I-751 status. I called the USCIS multiple times last month, and none of the officers could tell me if my case was assigned an officer. I decided to write a letter to my current service center, which is Potomac, and USCIS received the message, and I got a notification that says they received it.
Also, my case was initially was in Vermont, and it got transferred to Potomac on February 5th. The officer told me that my case was assigned to an officer in March 2020. I just do not understand why the case has not been finalized since March 2020.
I will be happy to hear any comments that may you all have
