H1B, H4 Visa

Hi All,
        Few Days before I had an Interview at Counsulate Chennai.When I went there.

VO : Hi good Morning
Me :Fine ,How about you Sir.

VO : What is you Highest Degree ?
Me :B.Tech

VO :What is the Exp that you have ?
Me : 4 Years

VO :Can I see you Degree Certificate?
Me :Yes Sure

VO :When Did you get married ?
Me : around 5 months

VO : Do you have any Picture of your Marriage?
Me :YEs, I have an entire album

VO : Open the Album at the Middle and Flip few pages
Me: Shown

VO :How many people are working with you there in US company ?
Me :around 100

Vo : How long had you been with the present XYZ company? Explain your Roles?
Me : Explained.

VO : Can I see the Tax papers of the US company ?
Me : Yes sure showed all the Doc that was send to me by US company.

VO : Is this the Only Docs the US company had send?
Me : Yes, only this much

VO : Took a Blue form 221 g and told to get few more docs
Me : OK SIR :( Smiling.

Now I have few Questions that is for 221 g do i need to take my wife again with me as she was for H4 and do i need to pay any amount for 221 (g)the same.
