Hi Guys,
I went to Chennai Consulate for H1 stamping in Mar06. I was issued a 221(g). Also they
kept all the docs like h1 papers etc which my employer sent me.
I am working in Pune for more than 2 years now. As in the H1 papers, the consulate was mentioned as Chennai,
I went to chennai initially. So now, can I go to Mumbai consulate again? That is, even after all the H1 papers
are at Chennai consulate, does I have an option of going to Mumbai consulate? Maybe after communicating to the Chennai
people to send my docs to Mumbai office.
What would be the procedure? How can I approach this? Please suggest me.
