Attended visa in Hyd consulate on Aug 19
it was H1 n H4 visa(second time stamping in hyd)
Vo asked details about job,employer salary, location of both client and employer.how long with employer
Asked for client letter , payslips
asked if we had any kids and checked where baby was born
And then asked about a customs incident that happened in 9 years ago. (where I was fined for carrying pickles)
I was stopped at port of entry for same reason 4 years ago(No questions asked)
So VO asked what happened at POE 4 years ago .
I answered what happened - no questions were asked they took my passport checked ,after 20 min they let me go
I was issued 221g white slip with second box check, gave my passports back and told my wife her case will be on hold too.
Aug 20 :got email to drop the passports
Aug 22: status Issued
Aug 23: Collected passports
It was all GODS grace the process completed within 5 days.
All the best to all other applicants.
