I want to share my expereiences

I got 221(g) in dec 2004
asking to sumbmit some more evindenc
first time only 1) w2 forms they asked
I have taken them after 15 days

again they asked
1) w2 forms
2) all the employees list and desingnations and working areas
3)How many h1b my emploers is going to fill
for next 12 monts
4)and why some salry are low compared to set by law
5) clinet location where they are going to place you

3 rd time have shown all the above doucmentes
I got h1b approval for my visa

if your employer is genuine and all the documents and yor qualifications are genuine
then you can go confidentely and you will get stamped definately.

but be care full that they will do all enquires
while you go second time about your employers and your qualifiactions and education qualifications


one more sugguestion is in form 156 ,form 157(if none immigrant)make sure fully 100% error free

and check 10 times while you going what you filled or any questions miseed and some thing you need to fill none or null etc..this is must
because of this errors also many people are getting refusals for the firslt time when u go.
