Hi All,
Yestarday i attended interview at chennai consulate.
it is been rejected and issued the 221g the reason
not having client info and client location and job descripation from employeer.
questions as below.
Con: as usual he asked the all questions and showed the documents.
finally he asked me to show the client details.
i told, i will be working for employeer not any client then issued the 221g
Help:
1. if i take from my employeer all the client detials will h1b approved? or they will process same procedure once again?
2. is it final one or they might issue once gain 221g.
3. how mant times they can issue 221g max?
Please reply ASAP i need to send info to my employeer.
