221(g) refusal
Hi,
Can any body give some advice.
I applied for a B1 visa last year in aug 2004. My company wanted me to send me for some trainig purpose.I got a 221(g) rejection in august last year 2004. The consulate at chenai had asked me to wait for an administrative processing. I had submitted a invitation letter at that time.
This week after long 7 months waiting time I got an email from the consulate asking me to courier the passport , issuance fee , refilled form 156 and a photograph via the tts .
Should I again provide a new invitation letter with these documents , athough its not specified in the mail.
I mean suppose I dont want to travel now since the conditions have changed after waitng for 7 months , but still I want my status clear . They have already put a stamp of application recieved , but there's no visa in my passport , which might affect me in case I apply in future.
If any one has had a simmilar experiece please share it with me and advise me.
