2nd RFE REQUEST
Hello Everyone any advise on this.
So the 1st RFE was about my Criminal Record and they had 3 DUI cases on my record but I only had one so I went to court and got all the cases Docket pockets and also a name check report . And on this new RFE they still asking for a DUI case record I never had on the DOJ record it does show the same exact date of an arrest but it was a warrant for the first arrest which it states on the record that it has the case number.
