2nd time . young single fresh grad
I am so stupid. I applied for b2 visa last sept 28,2015 and got denied.
and i applied again (october 6 2015) and got denied.
I know im so stupid. But i tried applying for visa cause I dont gave any intentions of being an immigrant,
I was in US for summer work and travel and went home july. i didnt have enough time to travel. my j1 visa will expire and i went home and do necessary requirements for my school.
i have experiences of international travels. but what the consul was telling me is i dont have enough ties in my country. So why are you encouraging everyone then to travel to USA . you even said that it's just a myth that young people dont qualify for visa wherein it's a fact.
consul: So many young people in a row
(my friend didnt qualify, we were in same consul this morning)
me:good morning
consul: So you were in the states for summer work and travel
me:yes ma'am
consul:are you a student?
me: no maam, i just finished my subjects and i am just waiting for my graduation
consul: oh ok! and you got refused for a visa, just recently.
me: unfortunately yes
consul: you are just 21, young people cant show proof of ties in their country. I don't think anyone can give you a visa right now.
me: but this is the only time i can travel because i will study again for graduate school
consul: i understand. try finding a job and establish ties. or try other international travels.
