Field Office: Hartford CT
I went to my Info Pass appointment today(3/27/17) and it was a total waste of time. I was told that my case is " WAITING TO BE ASSIGNED TO AN OFFICER. My understanding of that is that my file is just sitting there until someone feels the need to process it.
I tried to ask questions why it's just sitting there waiting, but all i got was " There's other cases ahead of mine". I am so tired of waiting . Our interview went well with no red flags and we didn't needed to provide any additional info after the interview .
I will not give up though, i will keep on calling customer service and making info pass appointment until my case is approve.
