It's been 7 months now since we had our interview. We were told that we will get an answer within 120 days like everyone. In between i did several Service Requests...but got the same reply " STILL UNDER REVIEW". We did contact congressmen office too.
To be honest, i think USCIS is one of the poorest service here in the USA with some old school folks working as head of departments or whatever. They are still in 1980's they don't know time has changed. I see people waiting for their immigration from months to years but they don't care about anything.
USCIS customer service call center - I still don't understand why they have it because it doesn't make any sense. We call them to know something more in detail about the status but they just read the same status you can see from the USCIS online page which make no sense.
Is there any system that we can directly contact to the HEAD OF USCIS or something like that??. This USCIS system need to be changed. They need to speedup these process.
I KNOW IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE WRITING ALL..... CUZ THEY DON'T CARE :)
