Case approved but card not delivered
Hi,
I had my interview May 11th and I got approved in the spot. I checked my online status and it's saying that my case was approved and after few days I received the welcome letter however I did nothe receive my green card. I saw on this website that some people had same issues like mine and they called the customer service, I did the same thing and honestly they didn't help at all, I even talked to level two and she said that they are busy and they have delay or something like that, she wasn't sure. My case is a marriage case. The worst thing is I am traveling internationally soon and my EAD is expiring this coming months and I really need my green card
