Congressman Inquiry
You can go to the office with all your info or scan to email & email them with the privacy release form fill out/signed.

This is how to they work. They asked about your issue & once all your paperwork is hand in they do the inquiry it takes USCIS 2 weeks to get back to them, yes some got back answers same day or a day or 2 but USCIS has 2 weeks to answer & can take it to 30 days. Congress offices has about 2 workers that deals with USCIS inquiries ,USCIS offices also has a congressional unit to answer Congress inquires with about 3 workers.

Please if your case is really in need of help from the office so be it, but if your case is not yet over processing time or nothing major give it another 2 -4wks & save the office their time. I'm saying this because some of you at the 75th mark is not a rush to run to the office for help. That's not a thing anymore there has been huge delays in the USCIS offices because of the many applications that's being filed they don't have much workers so if you can wait for the 90th day then inquire do that congress try their best to help make sure it's worth when you go them. Its why some of you get the same response from Congress or none at all. If USCIS respond to them saying you're case is still under review that's what they will tell you there's nothing they can do about it going through Congress is not a way to expidiate your case, USCIS & Congress has said that, cases get expidiate the same way you the individual will do it on your own just mean Congress is doing it on your behalf you still have to prove the same way what's your issue.

Another thing I saw some post where some of you went to all 3 offices Congress/Senate/Ombudsman. Those offices doesn't like when you do that ,you cannot go to the 3 you have to wait 30 days after trying 1 of them then you can move to the next.

Congress - is # 1 & very prompt to get answer on your case this office should be your first & only choice.

Senate- is ok gets few cases going but can be slow.

Ombudsman- rarely gets answers on cases their office really get USCIS polices going/answer complaints against adminstration that's what they most care about. I read some stats on cases the have inquired about out of the 50 or do they only got about 5 moving along.

If you're going to your state politician for help make sure to read up and ask their offices ?s about how the inquiry works on their end/how long before you get a response.

KNOWLEDE IS POWER ALWAYS SEEK TO GET MORE OF IT!
