Hello There,
Did you guys have similar experience like this.
I am waiting for my spouse H4-EAD Approval.
We have applied on June 3rd, 2016, USCIS Vermont Service Center received on June 6, 2016.
Since then we are waiting for the Approval and EAD Card.
What i did was...
1) I have waited till 75 days, and after 75 days i raised a service request to check the status of my application.
This was on Aug 29, 2016.. And I got a response from USCIS on Sep 9, 2016.
This was the response i got from physical mail-(postal)
Your Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765) is still pending consideration.
"Processing times for specific applications and petitions at the Vermont Service Center (VSC)
are provided on the
www.uscis.gov website and are updated weekly.
Based on fluctuations and variables that impact the processing times and for the
purpose of interim or final adjudicative processing,
the VSC allows 30 days beyond the posted date before the case is considered
"Outside of Normal Processing Time" (ONPT).
An additional 30 days must be allowed for adjudicative review and processing
before we can request expeditious processing based on a ONPT request.
If the application or petition is still pending after 30 days, and once we receive
your formal request for expeditious processing, your case will be
forwarded to the applicable adjudicative unit for expeditious handling."
2) After 90 days, i have raised another service request on Sep 12, 2016.
This time i got the response from USCIS in email, stating this info in the email.
The status of this service request is:
A review of our electronic systems indicates that your petition is
currently with an Immigration Service Officer.
You should receive a decision notice or
notice of other action within 60 days from the date of this letter.
3) And After 106 days, on Sep 20, 2016, I have sent an email to Vermont Service Center.
to this email:
[email protected]
stating my genuine reason that " I have job offer waiting, and i am in financial loss and i am unable to work due to not receiving EAD approval and Card. Please expedite the process "
And i got the email from: NCSCFollowup, VSC <
[email protected]>
their response is:
