How can I talk to USCIS Customer Service Representative

I have been trying to talk a USCIS Customer Service Representative since 8:00 AM morning (25 times). I tried 1-800-375-5283 number with several options but nothing can reach to the actual person. Previously, I talked to them by pressing some random number but this time is not working. Could you please advise something to reach to a real person?
