Timeline after biometrics??
Hi Everyone! My husband and I submitted my application (I130, I485, I765, I131) in late Jan this year - see below for the short list of my milestone.
01/26/2015: delivery confirmation to Chicago lock
01/29/2015: email/text notification of case acceptance
01/30/2015: check deposited
02/05/2015: all 4 receipts received in mail
02/10/2015: biometrics appointment (for 02/17) received in mail
02/12/2015: walked in for biometrics due to travel schedule
So far, my USCIS case status on their website for all 4 forms is still "we received your application on Jan 28 and instruction will be mailed to you... ..." I am wondering how long it takes on average to hear something from USCIS for next steps? I gathered the online status is not really up-to-date, is that correct?
