Hello family, I have a quick question
I filed my application in August 2018
Interview completed in September 2019
No update until today I have submitted 4 service request, I have also reached out the Congresswoman in my state twice but nothing has not happened in my case. Now I’m renewing my third Employment authorization document which I submitted the papers 4 weeks ago and I have received the receipts already and a separate document informing me that USCIS will reuse my previous fingerprints... BUT TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM USCIS WHICH BECAUSE I WAS WORKING I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND SYSTEM RESPONDED THAT, THIS CANNOT ACCEPT INCOMING CALLS
MY QUESTION IS WHAT COULD THAT CALL BE ABOUT?
And by the way it’s marriage based adjustment of status usc...ANY INPUT WILL BE VALUED THANKS
