Adjustment of Status - I-485

So I spoke to my lawyer and he told me that is 75 days after the biometrics, and I did it in Jan so that's good, he said I might get it by next week or next month, but after 75 days, if I didn't get my EAD we were doing a service request, and about my i485 status to ready to schedule an interview, that sometimes when is parents doing a petition to their son or daughter, sometimes they won't do an interview and just send thr green card, so I hope I get ny GC right away.
And regarding ICE, I'm scared cause they've been seing here in Passaic, not to worry because they're looking for people with deportation order or criminal record, I am so relief because my husband has no documents and he's the one that works so I can stay here with our babies and I don't even want to know what would happen to us if something happens to him. I am so relief!!!! I feel like I can breath again
