A question
Good day everyone, I have been a silent reader and decided to share my timeline today.
I came to America with a B1/B2 2017 and I returned back to my home country and came back to the USA same year. I met my wife when I last came and we dated for 4 to 5 months and got married. Before we got married we where already living together. So when we got married my wife petitioned an application for GC for me and we used a lawyer from the beginning of my petition and here is the timeline,
PD : 01/30/2018
Notice of action: 02/06/2018
Biomentrics: 03/16/2018
EAD approval letter: 06/23/2018
EAD delivered by USPS: 06/28/2018
I485: ready to be schedule for interview: 06/26/2018
Interview scheduled: 03/18/2019
Interview date: 04/24/2019
EAD RENEWAL: I got the renewed card for 1 year. And I renewed my driver license at DPS.
On the day of the interview we went with our lawyer, the IO asked us to raise our hands and swear and after that he requested for our ID me and my wife and then he asked my wife how did we meet and how long did we date before we decided to get married.

After that he said over to me and he asked me the questions from the I485 form and asked me to sign that was all. Then he requested for the supporting documents we brought along. Here are the supporting documents we submitted;

-Joint lease -Joint car titles
-Joint Car insurance - 4 Joint Life insurance
-Joint Dental insurance -Joint Vision Insurance
-Joint cable, telephone and internet bill
-Joint electricity bill for more than a year
-Joint taxes filled together

-10 fotos mixed with wedding and other fotos
-Paysubs from my job and her job
-Our employment letters both from previous jobs and present jobs.
-Letter that shows we cant open bank account together issued from 3 banks because or my wife credit.
-401k and retirement accounts showing wife as beneficiary.
-My personal bank statement
-Document showing my wife as my emergency contact at work.
-Document showing me as her emergency contact at work.
-My wife social security card in my surname
-Both or our driver license with our house address
-Marriage anniversary cards from family and friends
-Police and firearm insurance showing her as beneficiary because I work for LAW ENFORCEMENT.

After submitting these documents, He told us he will get back to us.

On that same week (3 days later) we received a letter to come for I130 interview which was scheduled a month and 2 weeks from the first interview.

We met with our lawyer and prepared. We went for the second interview with our lawyer on the 06/11/2019 and we go there at 1:30pm and after 30 minutes the IO called our names and he told my wife to wait that he want to interview me first so when I got the office he asked me up to 100 to 105 questions, I was so relaxed because they where all basic questions a true couple should know about each other, some of the questions he asked me was as follows;

AND
Many more questions. . . . Immediately he finished with me he called my wife and also asked her same questions for over 1hour and all our answers matched but we only had discrepancy on what we did last weekend my wife said she spoke to my sisters on phone and I said we aent shopping for granny but weekend is 3 days so we are food. The second question was did I buy her a gift for last exams I said no and my wife said I bought her a shoe but the shoe I bought was her birthday first which was December 20th so she just assumed it was exams give and after the interview he didn't give us any paper he just said we will hear from them.

When we came outside the office the lawyer said he really did well and he said we should expect a positive response.

The following morning the I130 updated online interview completed but case must be reviewed. And i485 says interview was scheduled.

Since then it hasn't changed it is over a month and a week we went for our second interview and we haven't heard from them.

do anyone has this situation? It's been a long wait.

Please advice.
