Hey guys, it’s Moni. My I-485 is denied due to submitted inappropriate divorce documents of my ex-wife in Bangladesh.First week of August, 2021 I filled to reopen my case(given option) again.
Anyway, my case has been processed from 2017 till now. Unfortunately my lawyer & me were not aware of divorce documentation.
Can anyone let me inform how many days Uscis usually takes to decide a reopen case???
