About lease
Hello fam,
I have question about lease aggrement if anybody had experience similar to mine i'd be appreciated about little help.
Me and my husband live in NY and as you all know rents are really expencive. We live at basement in a 2 family building. So normally they can not rent the basement. So that's why it's cheap and all utulities are incluided. I asked my landlord if they can give as a lease for this prossess and she was like i write a paper but you can not noterize it or give it to them just show them that you have a lease. If they want to take it then i will deny that i gave a lease. Do you think it would be a problem if i give them the lease without noterized? And if i explain the situation to the do you guys think they would accept it? I'd be appreciated if you give me any advice. Thanks
