Am I missing anything? Please tell me what you did as well...

Same sex couple here. I'm a B2 overstay since 2008. My partner (now spouse) and I have known each other for over a decade now. We started dating seriously about 1.5 years ago. We had a very very simple city hall wedding, just us and two more friends as witnesses. We've lived together since November 2019. We have a new apartment now with a yearly lease that started on February 2020.
A little background about us, we are both HIV+ and we are able to get our medication thru a program called "Ryan White", which pretty much provides the HIV pills at no cost. I still don't have health insurance because I lack of a social security number. However, because of the fact I'm HIV+ the county enrolled me in a program called "Carelink" which is like a regional low cost insurance, usually given to people to can't afford insurance or are under insured. Anyways, I checked with two lawyers already and they said the Ryan White program is not grounds for public charge, and that the Carelink is not either (crossing fingers).
We only went to the lawyer for consultation, we are doing this process on our own. We really can't afford $5000 right now.
We've filled out I-130; I-130A; I-131; I-485; I-765; I-864; I-864 joint sponsor; I-944 and G-1145.

The I-944 is a nightmare, so get ready if you haven't filled it out yet. All I did was to add as much info as possible.
I don't have any assets right now that can be converted into cash, I have a car loan but the amount is not paid off just yet. I have a credit card for $300 obtained with my ITIN.
I don't have a credit score, all the 3 credit bureaus ask for a SSN, all I did was to print the page where it says I needed a SSN.

My spouse didn't file taxes this year because the amount he made was under the IRS minimum thresholds, so we are providing an sworn affidavit explaining the reason why. My joint sponsor makes over $100K a year, so hopefully we'll be fine.

People say you don't need to submit evidence in the initial package but I can't risk this. I am including:
-Our lease that shows both our names.
-ComEd bills since we moved in that shows both names.
-RCN bills but they show my name only.
-Two bank statements that show both out names on it (joint checking account)
-Copy of our joint credit cards that show our names and same credit number (only showing last 4 numbers).
-A bunch of email print outs of the USPS digest delivery that shows we both get mail at our address.
-Pictures of our city hall wedding and just some random pictures we've taken doing silly stuff.
-Car insurance that shows both our names in the policy.
-Costco membership that shows both names as well.

That's all we have for initial evidence. Our marriage is pretty new, we married January 2020, so we don't have that many things together just yet.

Anything else you'd suggest?

Thanks a lot.
