ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING
Hello Friends,
I have applied for H1B Visa and I have twice appeared in the US Embassy,
New Delhi with all the required documents. First time I appeared on 10th October,05 I got 221g and asked to bring some more documents. Last time I appeared on 5th
November,05. I have furnished all the documents for the satisfaction of the
officer concerened. I receaved a letter saying that "Your application
requires additional administrative procassing before a final decision can be
made. This office will contact you once this processing has been completed".
I have not heard anything from the Embassy till to date i.e 10th january,
06. Even after more than two months I don't know what is happening over there. I am too much tensed. Kindly tell me:
1. What they actually do in this additional administrative processing ?
1. Maximum how much time this processing can take ?
2. How Embassy will contact me i.e through e_mail, home phone, mobile or
regular post ?
3.What does it normally mean as far as VISA is concerened "YES" OR "NO"
If any one has gone through the same experience and embassy contacted him after the complition of this processing then please contact me on [email protected]
