My sister got F1 visa on Arkansas University. But she transferred for that university to wilmington university through online process. Recently she completed her masters. When she applied Opt card, she got a mail stating to provide additional evidence. She was asked to submit proof of tuition payment made to Arkansas University, a copy of student identification card at Arkansas University...etc. Thing is she did not attended Arkansas university. So how to proceed. Help me.
