As of today, its been 135 days against me and my husband's (USC) iew date and we have no updates yet. I have raised one SR and they have told me that I should get an update within 15 days / 30 days, if not, I have to call them again.
Yesterday, I receive a call from LA County and that my husband has a case. It is under mediation. In terms of background check, I am very clean and have no records. Could this be a reason on why my case has not been approved yet? Because of my husband's case?
I am totally anxious right now.
