Hi . I need help.
Here is my case.
I came us with a visit visa on may 2016.I applied for status (b-2 to f1) change on August and still pending.
My authorized stay expired on October 31. I heard I can legally stay while Aos pending.
I applied i-485 on november 2nd after 2 days of authorized stay.
So my question is if I get advance parole can I come back to us or it will be a problem since my authorized stay expired on 31st October. Point to be noted my B2-f1 status change still pending and I applied it before authorized stay expire
