Hi! I mailed my application form I 130, I-131, I-485 and I-765 all together last Wednesday and I'm just waiting for their mail saying they receive it. I was a j1 student back in 2012, overstayed my visa and now married to a US Citizen and has a one year old baby. I applied for Advance Parole because I have to go back to the Philippines in July for my sister's wedding. I am really hoping I get approved! My question is, does it matter how long did I overstayed whether i get approve or not? I have a clean record but with the present administration i am kinda worried and nervous! I am planning to travel with my one year old baby i have no idea how the process will be at the airport! Im hoping for some answers thank you guys!
