Hi everyone,
My wife was recently granted Advance Parole through her DACA. We would like to take the trip to see her grandmother because she is sick. I guess my concern is when coming back through port of entry, how strict can cbp be to her? She has no criminal history, never been in removal proceedings, just that her daca will expire in 150 days but we must go before the end of June. If anyone has any advise, would greatly appreciated. We are also going to travel through the port of Nogales, Arizona. Thanks..
