Advance parole question!!
Hey guys I have a question ! Maybe someone had or have the same situation, I’d like to apply for advance parole on a pending I-485 married to a USC, I DID NOT send that application on my PD; but I’d like to send it now..
Questions:
1.- do I need to send a fee for that application? (As far as I know I don’t have to) but doesn’t hurt asking you guys..
2.- reason for requesting ; get medical athention in home country (dental procedures to be more specific) since there’s way way cheaper than here and plus visiting family traveling with spouse..
Do you guys think this can delay my case or can affect in something? Also u guys think they could be picky since there’s a lot of (expensive) dentist here? ..
