Advance Parole

Hello everyone,

Has anyone applied for Advanced Parole this month? & have received any updates.

-My lawyer sent my Advanced Parole on December 20th,2016
-USCIS reveived my case on December 22,2016 (i checked the status online)
-On January 13,2017 I received my receipt which stated that my case was received on December 22,2016 & that it was in process. Same day I received a rejection notice which mentioned that the form was submitted with extra remittance that is not required to process the application, that my payment was going to be returned, I called my lawyer and he told me that it was the money from the biometrics, a money order of $445 was sent that included $360 for application/petition fee and $85 for biometrics which is being returned.
 
As of now im currently waiting & some what relief after Trumps interview with fox news in regards to DACA said this,

"It's a plan that's going to be very firm, but it's going to be a lot of heart. And we're going to be looking into that situation,” Trump said. “That's a very tough situation, but I think they're going to end up being very happy. We're going to have great people coming into our country, people that love our country.”

PLEASE ADD YOUR TIMELINE I WANT TO GIVE MYSELF AN IDEA OF THE PROCESSING TIME
