Hello, my PD is Dec 2019, my case is in “case ready to be scheduled for an interview since February 24 2020”
I just received my ead and my ssn, I didn’t apply for the advance parole document, It looks like its going to take a while for my interview to be scheduled, but me and my husband want to go to peru to visit his grandma, can i apply for the advance parole now, ?? it would affect my case? How long it would take the advance parole ?? Pleaee help
