Hi!
I am currently starting process for AP/DACA. I have a lawyer helping me. I've had DACA since 2013 and I have a super clean record.I'm still a little scared about leaving and coming back. My husband who is an American Citizen and will be traveling with me if AP is granted says not to worry about it that all will be ok. But I'm still a little worried. If anyone that has traveled with AP before can reassure me, it would be greatly appreciated! Also I would like to know if application process for AP really takes up to 90 day? and if I'm granted AP how long am I required to stay down in Mexico visiting my sickly grandparents?
