Hello All!
I currently have Daca and I am thinking about applying for advanced parole, I would like to visit both my grandmothers whom are sick back in my home country. First, I came here with a tourist visa. Since there is, i believe, a 10 yr ban, has anyone travelled and had any problems coming back? Its been over 10 yr but would like to know if anyone has had any issues.
If i requested AP for late August ( assuming i get approved) how long is it valid for? Just the two weeks I'd request it for? Or a year?I've heard both....
