advice needed..Help needed.
my family applied for asylum in the us in 2003 . after overstaying a little of 2 months we came back voluntarily. i was under 18 at that time. my father applied again for me for a U.S tourist visa B1/B2 in 2005 .. i got my U.S.A tourist visa in 2005 (B1/B2) .. but i did not use that visa even for a single time and let that expire in 2010 .. then later in 2013 (now i was 18 ) i applied with my father but got rejected due to asylum case of my father .. 214(b). .. my question is that i want to apply again in 2015 to visit U.S.A to a relative alone .. on a tourist visa.. should i apply ..? what are my chances of getting the visa..? i only want to visit U.S to meet my relative and then come back to oursue my studies .

further more my whole family is here and also i am studying and have 3 years of bachleor of education left so i have to come back to continue my education and degree. and i have visited U.S.A 2 or 3 times when i was a kid.
apprecited if someone would answer. thanks
