Hello everyone, I need your help guys. I once asked about AED that I didn’t know about it when I submitted my I-485 because I didn’t use a lawyer due to lack of legal fees. Now I decided to submit application for EAD but I understand I will be denied since I was already out of status when I submitted my i-485. How true is this?
According to Mount Laurel timeline my interview will be after 10 months, I really can’t stay jobless for such a long time, it’s depressing 😓.
