Affidavit of support
Guys, my interview is on august 14th.
The time i did my filing back in june 2019, my wife was earning very less, so we submitted a joint sponsor for the affidavit of support. I called uscis to check about the affidavit and they told ms that they accepted the affidavit from joint sponsor. Now due to some issues, the joint sponsor keeps threatening me that she will take back her affidavit by calling uscis. I was wondering that in case if that happens, would I be able request to change the affidavit to my wife who also submitted affdavit as a primary sponsor? My wife has a nice job now, she has been working since january and she is eligible to provide affidavit of support.
Is this something that’s possible during the interview if in case the secondary sponsor tried to back out by calling uscis?
