Hi everyone, it's been such a privilege to join this forum and read all experiences. All information written here is helping me a lot in my case. I have a question: I've applied I-130 for my husband through my LPR, and now he is on the F2A waiting for the priority date become current. His I-130 was approved (received I-797) on January... this means that I don’t need a sponsor (I-864) in my case, or should I present a sponsor together with my Adjustment of Status papers?
