after the interview.... ??? conditional or not
Hello Everyone. Filing from Miami Office. I have a question: I had my interview a little over a month ago. Everything seemed going well and when we finished the interview the officer just said we will get a mail with a decision. But my lawyer said his office will probably know before us in 15 days but they haven't updated me on anything.
My question is since I got the interview before the two year anniversary which will be in May 29, i will probably get the conditional if approved as the officer stated. But i still have not gotten a response of approval or disapproval so if they approve me after May 29 will i still get the conditional??? Not sure if they start counting from the day of approval or the day of the interview. It was not two far either since the interview was scheduled for March and i was 2 months from the 2 year anniversary to avoid the conditional.
Does anybody knows???? Also why is taking so long to get an answer? Should i be worried?
My husband is a USC with No criminal records. I am cleaned too. No violations of anything so our case should be pretty easy but still not sure why they haven't made a decision.
