All are really Useless.
I would suggest take minimum premium and fixed one to keep peace in your mind that you had insurance othewise if you are going to use any of these one you really find youself in HELL.

for small boyle on my father leg. he clealy told if it is without insurance it is $50 and with ins it is $110 and you have to fill all formalities and we need to do some of the test to determine whether this is older than your coverage period which will cost you another 300. All visitor insurace are really useless for old persons.Seriously and I came out with paying $50 and all cured witout using that insurance for which I paid around 280 dollers.
