Need Help with Travel Insurance
Hi,
I took MNUI Travel Insurance for my wife through insubuy.com and the agent name is "Jagruti Khatri", after i got the insurance my wife got some problem so we consulted the doctors, after nearly 45 days we got a letter from MNUI saying that we need to pay 2300$ to them, they said the insurance claim is denied due to pre existing conditions, but my wife never had a problem from past 2 years, after she came to USA she has got some problem.
I am here on L1-Visa and my wife is on L2-Visa, Can anybody please suggest what should i do in this situation?
