Dear Mr. Khatri: I had posted my negative experience with Coris/New india Insurance on this we site almost an year ago, when they refused to pay for my mother's emergency endoscopy and post-endoscopy pancreatitis citing pre-existing conditions. She ahd none. Any way, after an year of futile effort to get Coris/heritage and New India Insurance to address the issue we have finally reorted to working with a Calcutta based attorney to look into her case. Meanwhile, I have been receving a lot of posts from other users who have had simialr negative experiences with Coris. They seem to e particularly inclined to such shenanigans. Any advice on whether a class action law suit is advisable udner such a situation. If so, how does one proceed. Any insight that you might have would be highly apprciated. Regards, Sohini Sarkar.
