Anxiety level is hitting the roof . please help : Required Evidence VS Additional Evidence
Hello,
I am planning on applying for N400, marriage based. We are still married.
I know the required evidence will be GC and our Marriage certificate which I will attach to my N400 application of course.
In the additional evidence, they are also asking for spouse's previous marriage end document (Divorce decree)
My question is, do I have to attach it , since it is only additional, or not? Spouse can't seem to find it. it is a frustrating situation. please help I m anxious. any input will help us think better lol.
What if we don t find it? will that affect my N400?
