Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi guys, has anyone on this forum gotten their 10 years green card after submitting a psychological report to USCIS of abuse by the U.S citizen spouse? And also proof of being in a domestic violence shelter? I don't have any police report unfortunately because at that time I was scared to call the police on him being as he threatened to send me back home and also because I was scared and also because I didn't want to gotten blamed by his family; especially his child that lives with us... I don't know what's wrong with me but whenever I have flashbacks of the abuse I tend to break down in tears. I thought that I was fine now after attending sessions with the psychologist, but I don't think I am. I really wanna leave but I don't know how to because I feel like If I leave he's gonna say that I am ungrateful as he already told me. Also, I feel that if I leave I will feel guilty because he has done so much for me including sent me to college
