Any recent luck speaking with a Tier 2 agent or advice?
If you've been following my posts, you know that USCIS mailed our interview notice letter to our old address, despite having confirmed on multiple prior occasions that they had our new address on file. We called early in the morning (9 am) and requested to speak to a Tier 2 agent regarding the issue and were told we would receive a call-back within 7 days. It's been 5 days, so I suppose there is still time to receive a call back, but all of the other posts I've seen on here seem to indicate that people are connected directly to a Tier 2 agent (although there is a wait sometimes).
I'm just curious, has anyone had luck actually being connected to and speaking with a Tier 2 agent recently? What process did you use? Did you call back multiple times until someone would connect you? Thanks!!
