National Benefits Center and Philadelphia (married to a LPR)
I-130: PD: 03-2018
I-485, I-765 & I-131 PD: 6/22/19
Biometrics: 07/10/19

I called USCIS a few days before my I-765 & I-131 case went outside processing time on 1/15/20 and they informed me that the case is almost near completion and I should be hearing back soon.
My case went outside processing time anyway, and I never hear back anything from USCIS for my status update after 'fingerprint fee was accepted'.
As of this point, it has been 2-3 days since my case went outside processing time and I have been wondering if I should raise a request for case being outside processing times or if i should just sit idol and try to relax. As of today, it has already been 235 days since my case was received, and honestly, I don't even feel like they are doing anything with my case because whenever I call them, they sound very positive (I called them twice without raising a SR).
Is there anyone who had a similar kind of experience and is there anything that can make things better (except therapy and going to a psychiatrist)?
