AOS
Hello everyone
Just yesterday I had my interview for AOS at Santa Clara CC (Feb 18 2020)
Everting went smoothly. My lawyer was with me. I was expecting to have an answer right there but didn’t happen. I went to the process of taking a picture and index finger print, right and left.
My intervier was new according to my lawyer. A young man on his late 20’s earlier 30’s. My husband and I had prepared something that look more like a bible but didn’t ask for nothing. Just a few questions and we were done.
I had a drug conviction , possession of **** less than three grams back in 2008 , it’s was sponged before applying.
Now waiting for an answer. Is there anyone with the same case as mine?
Also , I got back last month my parole card to travel. Is that safe to travel on a parole ? Because I’m planning on going to my home country in April and if my card doesn’t not arrive by then I am considering traveling using that parole. It’s valid for a year, so it says expiration date for January 2021.
Let’s chat about it , as soon as I have and update I’ll keep you all posted.
I’ve stated my process on August 2019. Of course before that , all the cleaning up my charges , which took over a year.
Best
Marcelo
