Just checking if anyone ever had our kind of frustrating experience.
We filed a marriage based AOS with forms I485, I765, I131 and I130 on November 2018.
Received RFE in December, 2018. RFE was for tax document which we submitted
USCIS notified us that Response to RFE was received on January 22, 2019
Ever since, it’s been 383 days without any updates but ‘Your response to RFE was received, USCIS has begun working on your case’
This is very frustrating to say the least. We have made countless SRs and they only tell us we are still within the processing time. Everyone is getting interviews on Portland within 6months. We are more than a year and have heard nothing
Here are our questions:
1. Why hasn’t our status even showed ‘ready to be scheduled for interview’
2. How do we if our response to the RFE was accepted, we know it was received
3. Is there anyone with a similar experience?
4. Are they planning to deny our application by this long wait in silence?
