I’m married to a USC adjusting status from B1/2 visa. Los Angeles CA.
- [x] 5/21/18 Forms Mailed
- [x] 5/23/18 Forms Delivered
- [x] 5/30/18 Checks Cashed
- [x] 5/30/18 E-Notification
- [x] 6/4/18 I-797C arrived
- [x] 6/8/18 biometric Appointment letter
- [x] 6/14/18 RFE E-notification
- [x] 6/20/18 Biometrics Appointment
- [x] 6/21/18 RFE Received
- [x] 6/25/18 RFE Sent
- [x] 6/27/18 RFE Delivered
- [x] 6/29/18 RFE Received By USCIS
Since then no update at all until today 10/22/18 I received a E-Notification saying that they mail me a REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE. My question is has anyone received REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE twice?
