Sent i485, i765 and i130 concurrently. Adjusting from F1

We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

We are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, for an interview.

01/10/2019

The Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, because they could not deliver it.

02/08/2019

We cancelled the scheduled interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Although I never got a notice of scheduled interview.

We are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, for an interview.

On March 4, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. My I review date is 9th April.

While the above was going on I decided to expedite my I 765. So on 25th of February I called uscis and my info was recorded and told that I would receive a email in five days time requesting for evidence.

28 of February I got the email. I faxed my evidence which was my medical bill statement. I also contacted my Congress men but never got a reply. Maybe because they are both Republicans...just kidding.

On March 4, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1S0581904244MSC, was completed. Now I dont know if the request to expedite my EAD card got them to schedule my interview for AOS because I got the update few hours after.
Things started to get interesting. I got the breakthrough update

We mailed your new card your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, directly to the address you gave

The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card.

Meanwhile I already registered for informed delivery with usps, so I was already monitoring mails coming to my apartment. I got the update that my package would arrive later 8pm on 19th of March. I had an active hold mail set up on 15 to 21 of March.

That faithful morning I went joyfully to usps office to get my package only to get the shock of my life. I was told the package has been delivered...whaaaat!... how! I have an active holdmail howser that even possible. I checked with the tracking number and saw that card was or has been delivered to my mail box at 12:33pm and it was 11 as when I was there.

I joyfully went to check my mail and nothing was there. I checked with the apartment office nothing. Went back only to get the approval notice but no package. Today I spoke with the mailman that usually delivers to my apartment and he said its should be at the office. Uptill this moment I haven't seen my card. They are not even taking responsibility for their carelessness. Am tired, worried, frustrated and confused. I still have medical Bill's, wife to take care of, and cant still prepare or gather evidence for my interview.

Please I need advice
