Hi All,
Need your thoughts please, I entered the US on a visit visa back on July 2016 , Applied for Asylum , got my Scial,EAD , found job and the employer agreed to apply for green card based on my employment;
- I-140 Approved on Sep 2019 PD 03/07/2019
- I-485 AOS received on 07-22-2019
Still no update from the USCIS yet, I know the processing time could extend up to 30 months but I have seen many cases similar to mine in this website and they were approved within 6 to 10 Months, but my concern is that my AOS is being held by my Asylum case and since they are not approving Asylum case now maybe ! Anyone have any advise on that ?would withdrawing my Asylum case help expedite the AOS approval process?
